Thanks to John at Centrum Travel I had a great trip to the Netherlands in April. John gave me excellent travel advice. He found a KLM flight including a KLM bus that was far cheaper and far easier than what I had originally planned. He reserved a rental car for me at a very reasonable price. I also purchased good travel insurance for the trip.

A special shout out to Krysten Else at Centrum who booked our flights for a recent trip to Costa Rica. She quickly found us some great flights and the next thing we knew everything was booked and sorted within the day. This was "above and beyond" service during and after booking that made our entire travel experience pleasant and very easy. She even checked us in for our return flights and sent some helpful tips for the return trip. We feel very lucky to find such a talented pro to work with and would 100% recommend!

Recently got help from John organizing flights/accommodation for different family members at travelling at different times to the UK for a funeral. He could not have been more helpful. I had tried to do it all on line but seemed unnecessarily complex and significantly more expensive. I would definitely use Centrum again
